- When to text information
- How to handle the angry customer (communication calming techniques)
- Old school: when you have to write a letter
- How to say no by saying yes (Depending on time allotted, this is a working exercise wherein participants practice this skill during the session)

- How it is not about selling anymore; it’s about trust and building relationships
- How to build that trust without the "sleazy salesperson" effect
- The basics of how to gather information from a prospect
- The importance of the first meeting and greeting
- Why the small details matter and what those details are
Your Group Will Learn:
- PLATFORMS: How to maximize each platform
- TOOLS: Review options for auto-scheduling, responding, and more.
- LANDING PAGE: Learn what works and does not work on the platforms you use. Time will be spent working on bios and photos.
- GRAPHIC DESIGN: How to use easy and often free graphics tools to get your landing page and post pictures to look “snazzy”
- WORKING TIME: Depending on time allotted, there will be time to write some posts for various platforms for review and comment.
